The Context of Lotus in the Tipitaka การตีความ

Abstract

This article has two objectives, namely, 1) To study the meaning and symbol of the lotus flower in Tripitaka 2) To study and analyze the context of lotus flowers in Tripitaka.  This article is a documentary article.  The study indicated that the context of lotus is symbol and it has more benefit in Buddhism with Lotus properties.  In addition we used lotus. We have used lotus flowers to worship monks, Lotus flowers also have medicinal properties in treating diseases.  The components of the lotus can be used for all parts.  If we think back to the Buddha's likeness of lotus flowers in many stories.  Lotus is a water plant that is important to human life ever.
