Guidelines for Creating the Religious Heirs of the Phrapariyatthamma School Group Department of General Education, Nan Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the problems and obstacles in creating religious heirs in the Phrapariyattithamma Secondary School Group in Nan Province and 2) to propose guidelines for creating religious heirs in the Phrapariyattithamma Secondary School Group in Nan Province. It is qualitative research obtaining data by means of documentation and interviewing 17 key informants. This research used in-depth interviews to collect data and analyzed data using content descriptions. The results showed that: 1) For the conditions and problems in creating religious heirs in the Phrapariyattithamma Secondary School Group in Nan Province, it is found that the students lacked educational opportunities. There are social and economic differences. Teachers lack stability, professional advancement, morale and encouragement. They do not receive appropriate welfare and support. The personnel management and development system is not yet systematic. And there is no clear direction in management. In addition, the budget is insufficient, inconsistent, and inappropriate with the workloads and format of teaching and learning. There are insufficient media, equipment, buildings, and locations that are not conducive to organizing education. And educational management is out of date, and the database system is not yet efficient. 2) Regarding the guidelines for creating religious heirs in the Phrapariyattithamma Secondary School Group in Nan Province, academics must be developed at 2 levels: 1) learning development by adding academic skills, and 2) taking care of the living of students and their quality of life. In terms of budget, there should be budgets from various channels, including educational subsidies and other sources. For the personnel, from the management level down to the operational level, there should be personnel developments in 2 significant ways: persuing higher educational degrees, and developing knowledge and skills to perform duties. For management, there should be a systematic management structure and developing the school as a learning center for the community. And there should be sufficient equipments, curriculum, technology and teaching materials to provide educational services to learners.
