Abstract

Development of training guidelines for Lam Doen Samcha (Khon Kaen Style) for vocational youth in folk arts according to Isan Molam culture, to promote the potential of Lam Doen Samcha (Khon Kaen Style) as a national Soft Power and establish guidelines to push Lam Doen Samcha (Khon Kaen Style) towards registration as a future World Cultural Heritage. The training for Lam Doen Samcha (Khon Kaen Style) refers to: 1) Lam Doen Samcha (Khon Kaen Style) is a form of Isan folk performing arts that uses the Samcha rhythm for stage performance, featuring live shows, singing, dancing to the rhythm, and the unique use of the Khon Kaen local dialect. 2) Training refers to the learning management process in both theory and practice to transfer skills, knowledge, and cultural values to youth or interested persons, aiming to develop professional potential. 3) Vocational Youth in Folk Arts refers to youth who are interested in or studying in fields related to folk arts, such as music, performance, dance, or crafts, and have goals for future professional development. 4) Soft Power refers to cultural power that can persuade, create popularity, or impress countries or communities without using force or compulsory power, such as music, food, performance, and folk arts. 5) World Cultural Heritage refers to heritage with outstanding cultural value and local uniqueness that is important to all humanity, registered by UNESCO. 6) Career Development refers to promoting and supporting individuals to have skills, knowledge, and channels for stable and sustainable long-term career engagement. 7) Creative Economy refers to an economic system driven by creativity, innovation, and cultural capital to create economic and social added value. 8) Cultural Conservation refers to the process of maintaining, restoring, and passing on values, beliefs, wisdom, and arts/culture to remain and be appropriate for the era.
