Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study of the conditions in transformational management of small primary schools under Primary Educational Service Areas Office to comparison of the conditions in transformational management of small primary schools under Primary Educational Service Areas Office the decomposition for education and work experience. The sample of this study consisted of administrators under Primary Educational Service Areas Office of 390 people by using multistage random sampling from a population of 15,148 people. The tool used in research was a five-rating scale questionnaire with the reliability level at 0.97. The data analysis were analyzed by using a computer program.
The results were as follows : 1) The transformational management of small schools under Primary Educational Service Areas Office in overall very good. 2) The results of the comparison executives with a higher education bachelor degree, condition in transformational management of small primary schools in overall higher than executive has undergone a bachelor degree significant statistical level .05 and executives with experience of working are different, a condition transformational management of small primary schools as a whole is not difference
