APPLICATION OF THE 4 PRINCIPLES OF IDDHIPADA IN PERSONNEL'S PERFORMANCE IN LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, WONG-NOI DISTRICT, PHRANAKORN SI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE.

Abstract
This thesis has the following objectives; 1) to study the application of the 4 principles of Iddhipada in personnel's performance in the Local Administrative Organizations in Wang-Noi district of Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya province, 2)to compare the opinion on the application the 4 principles of Iddhipada in performance of personnel in the Local Administrative Organizations in Wang-Noi district of Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya province based on their differences in gender, age, educational level, marital status, and monthly income, and 3) to study the ways of the application of the 4 principles of Iddhipada in personnel's performance in the Local Administrative Organizations in Wang-Noi district of Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya province. 231 samples of 544 personnel in Local Administrative Organizations in Wang-Noi district were obtained by using the table of Taro Yamane. The data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test, F-test, or One-way Anova and LSD method.
The findings were as follows;
- The application of the 4 principles of Iddhipada in personnel's performance in the Local Administrative Organizations in Wang-Noi district of Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya province was in a high level overall. In details, the highest level was on Effort, followed by Aspiration, Dedication, and Investigation respectively.
- The result of comparison, the personnel with the different genders, ages, educational level, marital status, and monthly income had no different levels in the application of the 4 principles of Iddhipada in their performance.
- The study the ways of the application of the 4 principles of Iddhipada in personnel's performance in the Local Administrative Organizations in Wang-Noi district of Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya province found that the Chitta aspect was the highest frequency, meaning that to pay attention to work and to see the significance of every work, to take care of one’s duty work and work of the team, and to analyze the worth of work.
