INSTRUCTIONAL MANAGEMENT IN THE NEW NORMAL IN THE COVIT-19 CRISIS

Abstract

The purpose of this academic paper aimed to present concepts and guidelines for instructional management in the New normal in the COVID-19 crisis. The study result revealed that the new normal learning design consists of the Globish concept, which were four themes: 1. 100% online learning, 2. onsite learning, 3. blended learning of online and offline learning, and 4. online learning homeschool. Moreover, there was also teaching and learning delivery or teaching and learning in the form of "pocket teacher", Including the concept of learning of Wichai Wongyai and others and learning design through an integrated approach. The instructional management in New normal was characterized by a variety of learning method which enable the learners to use their learning and lead them to deep learning which can be said that the quality of learning and its result was the effect as well.
