Abstract

This academic paper focuses on the study and analysis of good governance principles.


There were six important sub principles : 1) the rule of law was the principle of fairness of people in the society who lived together and involved in every activity, 2) the morality which were important for every in society to behave in the right way and right thought. Morality of personnel would them to be honest, sincere, diligent, patient, disciplinary and orderly for working and living, 3) transparency of working, It was the working way of disclosed and can be examine, 4) participation and involvement, It was the opportunity for people in society who wanted to participate in the decision making process of any activity in good faith continuously, 5) the cost–effectiveness,  Sustainable development, It was a work process which was enable to use the limitation of resources to be beneficial and reasonable in organization and 6) the responsibility, it was the good process that helped any organizations enhancing both public and private agency to be effectiveness forever. Therefore the principle of good governance was the strategy of organizations in society to bring and manage it to use successfully and sustainably as well.
