A MODEL FOr DEVELOPMENT THE EIGHT BASIC MORAL IN SCHOOL UNDER BANGKOK METROPOLITAN ADMInISTRATION : CASE STUDY OF WAT PHAITON SCHOOL, Phayathai District Office, BANGKOK

Abstract

The objective of the research : 1) To study the factor that affected the 8 social morality development Model : for schools under Bangkok and 2) To create and develop “the 8 Social Morality development, properly for schools under Bangkok. Using Integrated qualitative research, carried out by documented analyzed and interview the important Information providers who shared important Information : 3 school directors, 4 educational supervisor and 3 morality qualifiers : Total of 10. Sample group gained by Specific selected. Data Analyzed by content and to be interpreted. Quantity research proceeded by sample study : 596 people, 207government directors and government teachers 389. Setting group sample by Taro Yamane’s calculation random sample. Sample group was picked up by specific selected data analyzed and content to be interpreted. Valued at 5 radians with confidence. Contains Percentages, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Stepwise Regression Analyzed.

The results of this research found that :

1) Factors affected together with participation variables within the school. There is a positive correlation with school management with the 8 social morality development model under : Bangkok metropolitan administration : Forcase study, Wat Phaiton School, Phayathai District Office, Bangkok, overall is significant positive relationship with .05. 

2) To create and develop the 8 social morality development model for Wat Phaiton School, under Bangkok metropolitan, properly. It was found that: (1) School director overall average is highest (x̅ = 4.26, S.D. = 0.58) and all sides: average is the highest opinion respectively, and government teachers overall average is: the highest opinion (x̅ = 4.28, S.D. = 0.56) and all sides : average is the highest opinion respectively. Researcher suggest that the 8 social morality development model, Wat Phaiton School, Phayathai District Office, Bangkok metropolitan properly. According to the results of data analysis. Vary explaining of developmental model at 99.80 (R² = 0.998), to be able to create the 8 social morality development model, Wat Phaiton School, Phayathai District Office, Bangkok metropolitan properly. By Emphasizing on cultivating only 4 Virtues : 1) Social morality development model, article 1 : Harmonious : emphasis on building unity with students, 2)Social morality development Model, article 2 : Hardworking : focusing on creating and diligence for students, 3) Social morality development model, article 3 : Honesty : Emphasis on honesty for students, 4) Social morality development model, article 4 : Discipline : to emphasis discipline for students.
