USING THE LEGAL STATE FOR THE COMMUNITIES

Abstract

This academic article is aimed to study about the meaning of the legal state, its system, and the application of the legal state for the community which is to understand about civils’ liberty and rights and is utilized as beneficial knowledge. The term ‘Local State’ refers to the state of showing reasons which is a pattern of governance of intent as a whole and is aimed for the best of the community. While the system of legal state refers to the system in which the governance is under the law as well as the citizens as a private section. It is also under the court law. When administrative officials act illegally, a citizen owns a right to claim his right or any lawful remedy if it causes destruction according to the rightfulness of the institute of Justice namely, the court to control the administrative section. Rights and freedom of the civils are also protected by the court according to the law such as the rights and freedom in their bodies, in their properties, in making contracts and in their career. All of those rights were designated in the state acts which is called ‘Constitution’ of every country.
