ADMINISTRATION OF ETHICAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS : A CASE STUDY OF PHOTHARAM TECHNICAL COLLEGE, RATCHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to examine lessons learned on the management of administration of ethical vocational education institutions : a case study of Photharam Technical College in Ratchaburi Province, 2) to study the effectiveness arising from being the exemplary ethical education institution. The qualitative case study methodology was applied by selecting a case study with a criterion set. The key informants were 10 of administrators, master teachers, student leaders, school committee members and parents. The research tools were the researcher, document analysis forms, field record forms, observation record forms, interview forms, a set of questionnaires and descriptive research reports and analytical description.
The research results found that :
- Lesson on project management for exemplary ethical education institutions :a case study of Photharam Technical College in Ratchaburi Province, 3 aspects that make the operation successful include : 1) Planning (Planning) the systematic operation of the moral education institution, including (1) Determining the desired results (Output) (2 ) Determining the work outline (3) Determining activities (Activity) and responsible persons (4) Budgeting, 2)Implementation of the plan (Implementing) includes (1) Assigning implementation to responsible persons (2) Preparing implementation take action or take action (3) Monitoring, supervising, supervising, and helping to ensure compliance with the plan, 3) Monitoring, supervising, and evaluating (Evaluating) including (1) Inspection of operations according to plan (2) Inspection the work is as specified. (3) Consideration of desired problems and obstacles, Including corrections and improvements so that they can be put into practice and (4) Performance reports.
- Effectiveness that arises from being an exemplary ethical educational institution 2.1 Effectiveness that occurs to the school includes 1) Increased discipline 2) Increased responsibility for one's own duties 3) Increased volunteerism to help with school and community work 4) Unwanted behavior decreased 5) Desired behavior increased 6) V-NET test results improved throughout the school, 2.2 Effectiveness towards the community includes 1) Having more responsibility towards oneself and society 2) Having more self-discipline and society 3) Having more volunteer spirit to help with social work 4) Behaving as a good example 5) Reducing problems crime in the community.
