Editor's roles and duties
- Editors are responsible for reviewing articles submitted for publication with every journal by considering the correspondence of the article's content to the journal's scope as important and checking the quality of articles before publication.
- Editors use academic reasons in considering articles and must not be biased. He has no conflict of interest with the authors or experts and articles considered in any case.
- Editors must strictly follow the processes of the journal.
- Editors must have a code of ethics and do not use part or all of the information of the submitted article as their own work.
- Editors must seriously examine the duplication of articles according to academic standards and use reliable programs that an article published in a journal does not plagiarize the work of others. If found that the work of others is plagiarized, the author of the article must be notified immediately. If the author of the article does not follow the instructions, editors can reject publication.
Article author’s roles and duties
- The author must submit an article that has never been published or published anywhere before.
- Authors must make accurate references every time when using other people's works as references in the content of their own articles and must not copy other people's works as their own.
- The author's article must be corrected according to the format of the journal in accordance with the “Recommendations for authors” and the published work must be revised in accordance with the recommendations or the results of article evaluation by article reviewers. If not edited according to the advice of the reviewer, the journal reserves the right not to publish your article.
- The author must consent agree to transfer the copyright to the journal before publication and not to distribute the work or publish it with other sources after it has been published with the Nisitwang journal.
- The author's name that appears in the article must be the person who actually participated in the article.
The peer reviewer’s roles and duties
- The peer reviewer must not have any conflict of interest with the author. Articles must be reviewed with regard to quality as a priority and considered based on academic reasoning without any prejudice.
- The peer reviewer must have a real knowledge and understanding of the content of the article being evaluated.
- The peer reviewer must not seek benefits from the articles that they have evaluated.
- The peer reviewer must notify the editor immediately. When an article to be evaluated is a plagiarized article with clear supporting evidence.
- The peer reviewer must evaluate the article within the time frame specified by the journal, including not disclosing the information of the article to others.
