ระบบการคัดสรรผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้งในนามพรรคการเมือง: ทางเลือกและข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้ทำการสำรวจระบบการคัดสรรผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้งในนามพรรคการเมืองในประเทศประชาธิปไตย ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการนำระบบการเลือกตั้งขั้นต้นไปใช้เพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะทางเลือกระบบการคัดสรรผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้งในนามพรรคการเมืองที่เหมาะสมกับระบบการเมืองการปกครองของประเทศไทย ภายหลังการลงประชามติร่างรัฐธรรมนูญและประเด็นเพิ่มเติมเมื่อวันที่ 7 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2559 ผลจากการนำข้อเสนอแนะทางเลือกไปใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และจัดประชุมเพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็นผู้เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ นักการเมือง ผู้มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน
จัดการเลือกตั้งและส่งเสริมกิจการพรรคการเมือง นำไปสู่ข้อเสนอแนะของบทความที่ชี้ให้เห็นว่าการนำระบบการเลือกตั้งขั้นต้นมาใช้ในการคัดเลือกบุคคลเพื่อลงสมัครรับเลือกตั้งเป็นสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรในนามพรรคการเมือง ในกรณีของประเทศไทยนั้น ควรมีเป้าหมายเพื่อการเสริมสร้างประชาธิปไตยภายในให้แก่พรรคการเมือง และส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกพรรคการเมืองและประชาชน ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมของพรรคการเมืองอย่างมีความหมายและเกิดผลในทางปฏิบัติ
