THE STUDY THE STATE OF CONDUCT ONESELF. ACCORDING TO PROFESSIONAL ETHICS OF GOVERNMENT TEACHERS UNDER UBONRATCHATHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 5

Abstract

The purposes of this research were as follows: 1) to study the state of conduct oneself according to professional ethics government teachers under Ubonratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 2) to compare administrators' opinions with teachers' opinions towards the status of professional ethics of government teachers, as classified by gender, position, and work experience 3) to suggestions in conduct oneself of professional ethics for teacher government, The sample group used in the research,  classified into 136 administrators, 234 teachers, a total of 460 people, sampling of population using stratified sampling which was divided into school group according to schools' locations. The instruments of this study were questionnaires and interview forms of administrators and teachers' opinions in the state of self-practice according to professional ethics for government teachers. The statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, test, T- test, F-test and content analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1)The state of conduct oneself according to professional ethics government teachers was in the high level. 2) The comparison of administrators' opinions with teachers' opinions towards the status of professional ethics of government teachers, classified by gender, position, and work experiences was significantly different at the statistical level of .05.3)Suggestions in conduct oneself of professional ethics for teacher government found that ; The problems were; being a good leader and role model in preserving or developing the environment, supporting community activities for benefits in indirect and direct educations and using local wisdom, arts and culture as factors to provide education for the general public.
