Abstract
This research to study the components and guidelines for management towards excellence. Along with creating and developing a management model towards excellence in order to develop the learning potential of students at Khlongsong School(Savet Somboon Upatham), Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. And study the results of using the management model for excellence to develop the learning potential of students at Khlongsong School(Savet Somboon Upatham), Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research method was determined in 4 phases. The research results found that. 1. Components and guidelines for management towards excellence consist of 7 areas: (1) leadership of executives, (2) Management aspect, (3) Strategic planning, (4) Personnel quality, (5) Teaching and learning management (6) Quality, and (7) cooperation networks. 2. Results of creating and developing an administrative model towards excellence to develop the learning potential of students at Khlongsong School(Savet Somboon Upatham), Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 (EMSPTLC Model) is appropriate and feasible. It is at a high level. And 3. The results of using the management model for excellence to develop the learning potential of students found that. (1) After using the management model for excellence to develop the learning potential of students. Effective management process towards excellence. And the effectiveness of teamwork among personnel. Overall the average was higher than before the format was implemented. (2) After using the management model for excellence to develop the learning potential of students, it was found that the quality of education Overall, the average is at the highest level. (3) Satisfaction of those involved with the management model for excellence. Overall, the average is at the highest level. And (4) The overall academic achievement of students in all schools in all learning groups is higher than 80 percent.
