บทคัดย่อ
With the construction and development of social informatization, the release of the new curriculum standards has put forward new requirements for information technology teachers. However, the selection, evaluation and training mechanism of information technology teachers need to be improved urgently. Building the competency model of secondary school information technology teachers in the new period and under the background of the new curriculum standards can enrich the competency theoretical research of relevant groups, provide reference for the recruitment and selection of information technology teachers, and also provide help for the personal career development of information technology teachers.
