GUIDELINES FOR COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF THE NON-FORMAL AND INFORMAL EDUCATION CENTER LOMG DISTRICT, PHRAE PROVINCE

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study community participation in education administrative of the Non-Formal and Informal Education Center, Long District Phrae province; 2) to purpose its guidelines. Samples of the study were comprised of people from agricultural sector, general employees, government officers and people from business sector. They were 397 persons altogether. Data collection was conducted by using questionnaires and interviews. Frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and content analysis of 6 key experts were used for data analysis.
The result of this research was found that: the level of the community participation in the education administrative of the Non-Formal and Informal Education Center, Long District Phrae province as a whole was at high. When considering each aspect of administrative, it was also at high level. Ranking from the maximum to minimum average of each kind of education, they were continuing education, fundamental informal education and non-formal education respectively.
Guidelines for community participation in education administrative of the Non-Formal and Informal Education Center were that from fundamental non-formal education perspective, it should be participation supportive system in methodology operation for learner quality development goal. For continuing education, in learner assessment outcome, participative discussion should be encouraged for further and better learner quality development. While from non-formal education, participation in decision making process toward learner quality goal establishment should be encouraged and supported.
