Abstract

               The purposes of this research were to (1) operate the development of the mathematics analytical thinking ability, and (2) Compare mathematics analytical thinking ability before and after using Didactic Games for Kindergarten children in Khong Chiam district under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, during 1st semester of the academic year 2017. Total of 19 students were selected by cluster random sampling. The research model was based on Lewin’s concepts. The research instruments were 1) the activities management plan using Didactic Games, and 2) the mathematics analytical thinking ability test. The statistics used, in analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research hypothesis was tested by using Wilcoxon sign ranks test.

            The research findings were as follows:

  1. The practice of developing analytical thinking ability in mathematics using Didactic Games for Kindergarten children, there were found that action could affect understand with simply and enhance a higher mathematics analytic thinking ability of kindergarten children.
  2. The Kindergarten children had higher analytical thinking ability in Mathematics after using Didactic Games activities at the .05 level of significance.
