An Action of Analysis Thinking Skill using Mind Mapping Packages on the Social Studies Strand, and Culture, Civil Duty, Substance, in Saphuewittayakan school, for Matthayom Suksa 3, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29

Abstract

The purpose of this research were three types: 1) to practice an analytic thinking by using mind mapping, on the Social Studies Strand, Religion and Culture, Civil duty, Substance, in Saphuewittayakan School, for Matthayom Suksa 3, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29.  2) to compare the learning achievements of the experimental group before and after learning, by using mind mapping, on the Social Studies Strand, Religion and Culture, Civil duty, Substance, in Saphuewittayakan School, for Matthayom Suksa 3,  The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29.  3) and to compare the learning achievements of the experimental group and control group. before and after learning, by using mind mapping, on the Social Studies Strand, Religion and Culture, Civil Duty, Substance, in Saphuewittayakan School, for Matthayom Suksa 3, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29.       

The research findings were as follows:

1. In using the operation research process to manage the lesson plans 1-13 in the operation circuits 1-3 in the post instruction based on the mind mapping writing, the students in the study were better able to think about the components, relations and principles.
2. Regarding the comparison of the results of teaching the experimental group before and after learning, it was found that average scores of the activities were higher. Upon the completion of the circuits 1-3, it was found that the performance of the experimental students who learned through the skill practice operating process were higher with a significance of .01.
3. With learning achievements of the experimental group and control group compared, it was found that the academic results of the grade nine students who were the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with statistic significance of .01.
