CONSTITUTION REFORM FOR DEMOCRACY OR FOR DICTATORSHIP SUCCESSION IN THE FORM OF 4.0

Abstract

         Thai Constitution 2560 reflects the will of majority of Thai people to be ruled by constitutional democracy regime which the King is under the democratic constitution which becomes the main importance as appear in Article 1 to 260 of Thai Constitution 2560. However, in the transitory provision, it may slide the responsibility which National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) will continue the power by designing the present Prime Minister will come from National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO).
          This was because of the process of the renewal power of dictatorship of 4.0. The constitution drafters were the head and of to dictatorship. The trend is that, this constitution is not drafted for people democracy, but they drafted the constitution to open the gate for the military government and it will bring about the chaos and confliction to the nation.
