GUIDE LINE PROMOTING VIRTUE, MORALITY AND GOOD GOVERNANCE PRINCIPLES FOR PERSONAL WORK PERFORMANCE OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION IN PHATTALUNG PROVINCE

Abstract

          The purposes of the research were to: 1)study the pattern of personnel working of local administrative organization in Phattalung province, 2)search for promotion development on virtual, morality, and good governance of such organization, 3) evaluate the promotion working on virtual, morality and good governance, and 4) study the relationship of personnel working in local administrative organization in Phattalung province with the guide line promotion on virtual, morality and good governance. The researcher set up the method of study for data collection and analyzing by using data from secondary data with sampling group of 936 persons and primary data from interviewing 19 administrative persons in such organization.
          As the result, this study found that most of personnel working in local administrative organization in Phattalung province were females with bachelor degree level. For personnel working in this organization, they applied and promoted virtual and good governance which consistent with the three year development strategies of the organization in high level and the research also found that the effective relationship of personnel working in the organization complying with morality and good governance was so good in behavior, right action and fairness.
