HAPPY ORGANIZATION OF DIRECTORATE OF JOINT INTELLIGENCE, ROYAL THAI ARMED FORCES HEADQUARTERS

The purposes of this were to (1) study the level of factors affecting the organization happiness of Directorate of Joint Intelligence Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters. 2) Study the level organization of happiness of Directorate of Joint Intelligence Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters and 3) Study the relationship between factors affecting the organization of happiness and the organization of happiness Directorate of Joint Intelligence Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters. The research samples were 173 personnel of Directorate of Joint Intelligence Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters. The research tool was a 5 level rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The research results found that: 1) Level factors affecting the happiness organization of the Directorate of Joint Intelligence Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters overall was at a high level ( = 4.25, S.D = 0.51). Except for the shared values of the organization at the highest level (
= 4.51, S.D = 0.45). 2) Level organization of happiness of Directorate of Joint Intelligence Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters overall was at a high level (
= 3.87 S.D = 0.65). 3) The relationship between factors affecting the organization of happiness and the organization of happiness Directorate of Joint Intelligence Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters. The happiness value of R2 equal to .445 Factors affecting the organizations of happiness in all 5 aspects were able to correlate with the organizations of happiness at 44.50 percent at the significant level of 0.05. It was found that there are 3 predictive variables which are relationship at workplace had a regression coefficient equal to 1.517, Job Characteristics had a regression coefficient equal to 0.836 and quality of working life had a regression coefficient equal to 0.651. As for variables of organizational leadership and organization’s share value. Found that it did not affect the organization of happiness of the Directorate of Joint Intelligence Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters
