Abstract

When the world reach to the 21st century that is the period of change. It is called Globalization. The dimension of old society, economic traditional and cultural may be overlap by the new though, technology and belief in the new era. Nowadays, the organizations are constantly in the changing environment. It is not only inside the organization but outside. The organizations are highly faced the competition condition. It is made the president or the leader of the organizations develop theirs capability to High Performance Organization (HPO). The organizations must have plans to support every situation, analyze all situation that affect to work from all point of view, efficiently work following the objective of the organization. The work is acceptable. This article is reviews the concept of organizational development, increase capability of the organization to keep up with every situation that happen and keep competition capability for sustainable survival in the long time. Moreover, there are applied the Quality Award criterion to make the organizations have competitive capability and sustainable growth harmonize with the Global Society changes.
