GUIDELINES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY EXPANSION SCHOOLS UNDER THE SAMUTSAKHON PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the level of academic administration of schools, expand educational opportunities under the Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 2) propose guidelines for the development of academic administration in schools, expanding educational opportunities under the Primary Education Service Area Office Samutsakhon. The sample consisted of 260 questionnaires in the study by simple random sampling. Proportional to the size of each school, IOC was between 0.67-1.00, the overall alpha coefficient was 0.95, and a structured interview with 5 school administrators.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) operation of the school's academic administration extends educational opportunities. Under the Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, overall and each aspect had a high level of practice ( = 4.18, S.D. = 0.38), is learning process development ( = 4.27, S.D. = 0.57), educational curriculum development ( = 4.23, S.D. = 0.52), development Improve the internal quality assurance system ( = 4.20, S.D. = 0.54), the evaluation of evaluation and the comparison of academic performance transfer ( = 4.17, S.D. = 0.45), the educational supervision ( = 4.13, S.D. = 0.48) and the research to improve the quality of education (= 4.06, S.D. = 0.47) and 2) interview with 5 school administrators about the development of academic administration of the school, expanding educational opportunities. Under the Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, it was found that administrators should encourage teachers to organize learning activities that focus on important learners. Executives should open additional courses. With an emphasis on the development of professional skills Administrators should encourage teachers to conduct classroom research and establish professional learning communities (PLCs), etc.
