AN EVALUATION OF THE PROJECT FOR PROMOTING GOOD ADMINISTRATIVE CHARACTERISTICS VIA LEARNING RESOURCES OF THE GRADUATE STUDENTS IN THE MASTER OF EDUCATION PROGRAM IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION, FACULTY OF EDUCATION, PIBULSONGKRAM RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) evaluate the project for promoting good administrative characteristics of graduate students, via the learning resources of the Master of Education Program in Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University, on the aspects of environment, factors, process, and products, and 2) evaluate the satisfaction of the participants in the project. The population in this research was 36 project participants who were four program faculty members, 30 graduate students, and two officials. The two instruments used to collect data consisted of 1) the assessment with the questions on project evaluation based on CIPP MODEL, and 2) the satisfaction survey proposed to five experts to assess its content validity. The consistency of the two instruments was between 0.8 - 1.0. The statistics use to analyzed the data were mean () and the standard deviation ().
The results of the research were as follows. 1) The results of the project evaluation were found that the overall average was at a high level. The aspects which were on the first rank and the last rank of the average were products and factors, respectively. 2) The results of the satisfaction evaluation of the project participants were found that the overall average was at a high level. The aspect which was on the first rank of the average was the participants were satisfied and they thought that the project should be continued every year, while the aspects which were on the last rank was readiness and process of activities.
