การประเมินผลโครงการจัดงานแสดง แสง สี เสียง มาฆปูรมีศรีสระแก้ว ปี 2559

Abstract

           การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินผลการดำเนินงานโครงการจัดงานแสดงแสง สี เสียง มาฆปูรมีศรีสระแก้ว ปี 2559 (2) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องและประชาชนผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจัดงานแสดงแสง สี เสียง มาฆปูรมีศรีสระแก้ว ปี 2559 เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 334 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวกและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา  

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเพศชายมากกว่าเพศหญิง อายุของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมากที่สุดไปน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ อายุ 20-30 ปี รองลงมา อายุ 41-50 อายุ 31-40 อายุ 51 - 60 ปี อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี และอายุ 61 ขึ้นไป ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านอาชีพโดยภาพรวมมากที่สุดไปน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ อาชีพรับจ้างทั่วไป รองลงมา อาชีพเกษตรกร อาชีพรับราชการ/รัฐวิสาหกิจ/พนักงานของรัฐ อาชีพพ่อค้า/แม่ค้า อาชีพอื่น ๆ และอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน ตามลำดับ (2) ผลการประเมินข้อมูลโดยภาพรวมรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านสภาวะแวดล้อม อยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต อยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมาก (3) ข้อเสนอแนะของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องและประชาชนผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการฯ โดยภาพรวม ได้แก่ ต้องการให้เพิ่มเวลาในการแสดงมากขึ้นรวมถึงการจัดโครงการฯ ต่อเนื่องทุกปี พื้นที่โครงการฯ คับแคบ ห้องน้ำมีน้อยและไม่สะอาด ควรใช้แสงสว่างจากตะเกียง และควรประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการฯ ล่วงหน้าให้มากกว่าเดิม

           The purposes of the study were (1) to evaluate the Makha Poorami Sri Sakaeo Light and Sound Festival 2016 (2) to study the suggestions of people who are involved in the festival such as organizers and participants. The instrument was a questionnaire and the sample consisted of 334 people which were selected by using convenience sampling. The descriptive statistics used in data analysis.

           The findings were as follows (1) the research subjects’ general information revealed that the majority were male, the greater number of the subjects’ age were  20-30, followed by 41-50, 31-40, 51-60, under 20 and upper 61 years old respectively. The overall subjects’ careers were temporary workers, followed by, agriculturists, government officers, vendors, and private employees respectively. (2) The overview evaluations found that the environment was the highest level and the factors of input, process, and product were in the high lever. (3) The suggestions of the organizers and participants were prolonging the time allowed for the performance and organizing the festival every year. Moreover, the festival venue was too small, and the toilets were dirty and not enough. The lamps shouldn’t be used for lightning. In addition, the public relations should be arranged beforehand.
