การศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานสภานักเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

          วัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดและส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมสภานักเรียนของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาหลักเกณฑ์ รูปแบบกระบวนการประกวดและคัดเลือกกิจกรรมสภานักเรียนของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่เหมาะสม 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมสภานักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมสภานักเรียน ผลการวิจัย 1) สภาพการจัดและส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมสภานักเรียนของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานอยู่มาที่สุดที่ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.86 2) หลักเกณฑ์ รูปแบบ กระบวนการประกวดและคัดเลือกกิจกรรมสภานักเรียนที่เหมาะสม คือต้องมีการถ่ายทอดกิจกรรมสภานักเรียนจากรุ่นพี่สู่รุ่นน้องสภานักเรียนต้องมีส่วนในการเสนอกิจกรรมบูรณาการ การเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาต่าง ๆและต้องปรับปรุงรางวัลที่ได้รับจากการประกวดและแข่งขันกิจกรรมสภานักเรียน 3) ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมสภานักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อกิจกรรมสภานักเรียนของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับงานสภานักเรียน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานสภานักเรียน มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนตัวแทนสภานักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก 4) ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ควรกำหนดรูปแบบและแนวทางในการประชาสัมพันธ์ที่เกี่ยวกับสภานักเรียนด้วยรูปแบบที่หลากหลาย และนำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการวิจัยไปทบทวนและปรับปรุงเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกต้นแบบและการแข่งขันกิจกรรมสภานักเรียนในงานศิลปหัตถกรรมนักเรียนให้เหมาะสมต่อไป ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการวิจัยต่อไปควรทำวิจัยเรื่องกลยุทธ์ที่ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาการบริหารงานสภานักเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสู่ความสำเร็จที่ยังยืน
