Abstract

Strategies to Enhance Professional Learning Community for teachers in Tonyang Municipality School 1 Chiang Rai Province. The purposes of this research were  1) to study the concept for a professional learning community for teachers in Tonyang Municipality School. 2) To study evaluate the proficiency level for school teacher. 3) To enhance a strategy for strengthening at the school.  4) To formulate and analyze the professional learning community for teachers. It has four step. The first step is to study conceptual framework evaluation. The second to study the condition by the environment as an internal environment analysis. And external environment. The third step is to formulate a strategy to match the items in the TOWS Matrix. It sets out a strategy to strengthen the professional learning community for the school. Researchers and teachers Then evaluate the suitability, possible strategies for strengthening the professional learning community.
