INTEGRATED ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT MODEL TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH IN WANG RIVER SUB-AREA

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) study the Administration and management (AM) of the quality of life of children and youth in Wang River sub-Area.(2) The Key Factors Affecting to AM  (3) The Desirable future image of AM and (3) Development of an integrated AM model. The Mixed-Method Research was conducted in research. The research tools comprise of Document Analyzer, Questionnaires and participatory workshops. The data were collected from the informants include of administrators, teachers, students, parental and representative organizations outside school number 1436 people in total. The quantitative data were analyzed by percentages and means. And qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis and then compiling it into a composition. The result followed as: (1) the AM found that there is a lack of integration of school collaboration with relevant organizations in appropriate ways. There are no specific plans to develop children and youth; lack of mainstreaming units responsible for driving the child and youth development. (2) Key factors Affect to AM are the integrated working collaboration, the family factor, Poverty problem, Debt problems of parents and the social factor is the drug problem. (3) The desirable future image of AM are the working with activities that emphasis on improving the quality of life of children and youths in the Wang River sub-area all-roundly. (4) The SOMCHAI integrated AM Model consists of (1) Styles and Principles & Process which include: (2) Organizations (3) Mechanism (4) Collaborations (5) Heads (6) Areas (7) Integrations
