Abstract

This research purposes were to develop the internal Education Quality Assurance Systems and Mechanisms for Luang Prabang Teachers Training College (LPTTC). The Methodology of Research Comprised three following steps: 1) Studying the current status of internal quality assurance in LPTTC in accordance with annual self-assessment report, questionnaires, interviews and group discussion of 38 people 2) Studying The expectations of implementation and The Priority Need for development the Internal Quality Assurance of LPTTC 3) Development of the Internal Education Quality Assurance Systems and Mechanisms of LPTTC by Focus group discussion with 65 people. The result as follow: The internal Education Quality Assurance System of LPTTC should be conducted under The IPR system which consists of three main aspects: (1) inputs aspect which include of 4 elements; (2) process aspect which include of 10 elements; (3) results aspect which include of 4 elements. The mechanisms to drive the internal Education Quality Assurance System of LPTTC should be the process of LPBTTC which comprised of six activities: (1) Learning (L) (2) Planning (P) (3) Budgeting (B) (4) Teaming and working Team (T) (5) Technology (T) (6) Creative (C)
