Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop Wan Roy Pad Thai herbal Balm under the process of Community Product Standards and Product Development using Design Thinking and to study the physical stability of Balm. Materials and method to study the Community Product Standards the process and product development by the design thinking process; sense and sensibility: to know what the Community Enterprise need, empathy: to know insight of Community Enterprise  , ideation: to know design of product and place and prototype: how to Create prototype and Develop 8 products and brainstorming and sharing to select the good quality products. To test the physical stability of the product of dispersion on the skin, sebum separation, viscosity, odor and color and to temperature test:  The room temperature, 4 degrees Celsius and 45 degree Celsius for 1 month and Heating-Cooling 6 sessions. It was found that formula 6 and formulas 7 at light temperature were light color. Since heat affects color changes and Thailand is a hot climate, it has a direct impact on product quality, so quality control is required. The formula 8 is normal .
