TRANFORMATION LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMISTRATORS AFFECT MOTIVATION

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1) study factors of the school administrators’ transformation leadership affect motivation of teachers under NakhonSawan Primary Education Service Area Office 2 , 2) study the relationship between the school administrators’ transformation leadership and motivation of teachers’ under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 2, and 3) create a predictive equation derived from the school administrators’ transformation leadership and motivation of teachers. The sample were  school administrators and teachers 310 people under NakhonSawan Primary Education Service Area Office 2.The findings were as follows; 1) Overall, the school administrators’ transformation leadership affect motivation of teachers, were at high level. 2) The relationship between the school administrators’ transformation leadership and motivation of teachers’ had a positive correlation with a statistically significant  at .01 level 3) The predictive equation derived from factors of the school administrators’ transformation leadership and motivation of teachers’ were Individualized and Inspiration, predictive discrimination was 27.00% (R2= .270). The equations could be written as follows:
