Abstract

This research study the opinions of employees on the way to improve the efficiency of the hotel business in the East. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the performance of employees in the high occupancy business in the Eastern Region and to explore ways to increase the efficiency of employees in the Eastern Busy business. The results of the study of employees' opinions on the accommodation business in the eastern part of Thailand showed that the staffs had opinions on the motivation factors in increasing the efficiency of the employees in the hotel business in the eastern region. The most critical aspect is responsibility. Employees should be evaluated or asked to know their needs. Problems or comments about assignments. The employees' opinions about the factors supporting the increase of working efficiency of the employees in the hotel business in the eastern region were at a high level. The highest level of opinion is the environment. There should have dealt with the environment. And have the tools or equipment to work properly. The staff can work quickly and easily.
