Abstract

This research aims to study 1) Role of school administrators under the office of Chachoengsao Primary Education Area 1 2) The level of 21st century learning management skills of students under the Office of Primary Education Area Chachoengsao District 1 3) The relationship between the role of the school administrators and the learning management in the century. 21 of teachers under the Office of Chachoengsao Primary Education Area 1 and 4) The role of school administrators that affect learning management skills in the last century. 21 students in Chachoengsao Educational Service Area 1 Office. School administrators and teachers The data were collected by using the multi-stage sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis were: Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis


            Research results show that


              1) The role of school administrators under the office of primary education area.


Chachoengsao District 1 as a whole.


              2) Learning skills in the century. 21 of the students under the Office of Educational Service Area Chachoengsao Primary School, Area 1, as a whole.


              3) The relationship between the roles of the school administrators and the learning skills.The 21st grade students in the primary education area of Chachoengsao Area 1 had positive correlation (rxy = .597) at the level of 0.01.


              4) The role of school administrators in setting up a learning environment.
