THE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS WITH THE PROMOTION OF MORALS AND ETHICS OF STUDENS UNDER NAKHONSAWAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the level of the leadership of school administrators with the promotion of morals and ethics of students, 2) for comparing of the leadership of school administrators with the promotion of morals and ethics of students, and 3) to study the relationship between of the leadership of school administrators with the promotion of morals and ethics of students by teachers’ opinion Under Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, The people used in this research were 1,098  school teachers Under Nakhonsawan Primary Educational  Service Office Area 2, and the sample of the study Acquired by multi-stage random sampling consisted of 278 school teachers. The instrument for data collection was questionnaire, rating scale and the statistics tools used for data analysis were percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test and F-test and multiple regression. The research results showed that the level of the leadership of school administrators with the promotion of morals and ethics of students, when identified each aspects ware at the highest level in every aspect. Comparing of the leadership of school administrators with the promotion of morals and ethics of students, collectively was not founded different. The relationship between the leadership of school administrators with the promotion of morals and ethics of students by teachers’ opinion Under Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, was found at .01level of statistical significance.
