DEVELOPMENT OF INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA MATHEMATICS FOR GRADE 1 STUDENTS DAORATHAR WEERAPAN * CHOOMPON JANCHALONG

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) Development of interactive multimedia Mathematics for Grade 1 Students, 2) study the learning achievement of the students after the course compared to the 75% criterion. The researchers used the ADDIE Model to guide their design and development; 1) Analysis 2) Design 3) Development 4) Implementation and 5) Evaluation. The sample used in this research was 25 grade 1 students in Tessaban 2 “Isaanteeravittayakan” School, Muang, Buriram, whom enrolled in 2/2018 academic year selected by using simple random sampling, The research tools included 1) an animated cartoon on global warming alleviation 2) a quality assessment form and 3) an achievement test, Statistics for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, percentage, t-test for one sample.       


            The findings were as follows: 1) the interactive multimedia Mathematics for Grade 1 Students having a high level of quality with the mean score of 4.37 and a standard deviation of 0.55 2) the level of the learning achievement of the participants after the course being 79.40 per cent, which significantly higher than the 75 percent criterion (p<0.05).
