Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมการปรับพฤติกรรมที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการคบเพื่อนต่างเพศอย่างมีวิจารณญาณของวัยรุ่นตอนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาแห่งหนึ่ง สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด จำนวน 40 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงเข้ากลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 22 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม จำนวน 18 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการปรับพฤติกรรมฯ ที่สร้างขึ้นโดยใช้ฐานแนวคิดทฤษฎีปัญญาสังคม โดยมีกิจกรรมที่สร้างขึ้นจากแนวคิดและเงื่อนไขของการคบเพื่อนต่างเพศอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ ประกอบด้วย  การพัฒนาเจตตคติการเห็นแบบอย่าง การสื่อสารทางบวก และการควบคุมตนเอง ให้ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการคบเพื่อนต่างเพศอย่างมีวิจารญาณ ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมทำกิจกรรมอื่นที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับโปรแกรมการปรับพฤติกรรมฯ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการคบเพื่อนต่างเพศอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ จำนวน 5 ข้อ ค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ (r) อยู่ระหว่าง .13 - .80  และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.59 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนร่วม(ANCOVA) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการปรับพฤติกรรมมีคะแนนพฤติกรรมการคบเพื่อนต่างเพศอย่างมีวิจารณญาณสูงกว่านักเรียนกลุ่มควบคุมที่ไม่ได้รับโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะที่สำคัญในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ บุคคลหรือหน่วยงานใดจะนำโปรแกรมฯ ไปประยุกต์ใช้ควรคำนึงถึงความสามารถด้านการอ่านเขียนภาษาไทยของผู้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมฯเพราะเป็นทักษะพื้นฐานในการทำกิจกรรมในโปรแกรมฯ
