บทคัดย่อ

ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิต เป็นความรู้และความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับความผิดปกติทางจิตที่ช่วยให้บุคคลสามารถรับรู้ จัดการ และป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพจิตได้อย่างเหมาะสม จึงมีความสำคัญกับการทำงานและองค์การในยุคปัจจุบันที่พนักงานมีปัญหาทางสุขภาพจิตเพิ่มมากขึ้น บทความวิชาการนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตในสถานที่ทำงาน อันจะเป็นแนวทางในการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในองค์การและความท้าทายที่อาจเกิดขึ้น รวมถึงการวิจัยต่อยอดทางพฤติกรรมศาสตร์ และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสุขภาวะที่ดีของพนักงานต่อไป การประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตในสถานที่ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จำเป็นต้องอยู่บนพื้นฐานแนวคิดองค์ประกอบหลัก 5 ประการ ได้แก่ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันความผิดปกติทางจิต การรับรู้เมื่อความผิดปกติทางจิตเริ่มพัฒนา ความรู้เกี่ยวกับแหล่งขอความช่วยเหลือและแนวทางการรักษาที่มีอยู่ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์การช่วยเหลือตนเองที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และความรู้และทักษะด้านการปฐมพยาบาลทางสุขภาพจิต รวมถึงเข้าใจบทบาทของวัฒนธรรมองค์การต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตของพนักงาน เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้เสริมสร้างสุขภาวะของพนักงานจากการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล การสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์การ การออกแบบงาน การสร้างแรงจูงใจและการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงาน เพื่อสามารถจัดการกับความท้าทายและการขยายขอบเขตไปสู่บริบทการทำงานโลกยุคดิจิทัลและปัญญาประดิษฐ์เพื่อสุขภาวะของพนักงานให้เกิดความยั่งยืนในการทำงานต่อไป
