A Causal Relationship Model of Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Private General School Teachers under Office of The Private Education Songkhla Province.
บทคัดย่อ
The purpose of this study was to examine consistency of hypothetical a causal relationship model organizational citizenship behavior with empirical data. The samples were 475 private general school teachers under Office of The Private Education Songkhla Province, obtained through the stratified random sampling method. Six latent variables of the study were measured from 27 observed variables. The exogenous latent variables included 1) job characteristics , 2) transformational leadership and 3) organizational climate. The endogenous latent variables included 1) job satisfaction , 2) organizational commitment and 3) organizational citizenship behavior. The instrument used for collecting data was 5-point rating scale questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and examine consistency of hypothetical a causal model with empirical data using by an application for software.
The results found that the hypothetical a causal model was consistent with empirical data. Its χ2/df = 3.08, GFI = .90, AGFI = .84, RMR = .02 and RMSEA = .06. The variables that directly effected to organizational citizenship behavior were job characteristics and organizational commitment, their standardized path coefficient were .52 and .27 respectively. The variables that indirectly effected to organizational citizenship behavior were job satisfaction, job characteristics, transformational leadership and organizational climate, their standardized path coefficient were .10, .10, .06 and .06 respectively. Job characteristics and organizational commitment were explain the variance of organizational citizenship behavior at the percentage of 54.
