Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1. To study the level of emotional intelligence of administrators under the Office of Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area 3 and the Office of Private Education. 2. Comparison of the level of emotional intelligence of administrators under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and the Private Education Promotion Office. Education Department, Rayong Province Classified by work experience education level School size is a quantitative research There are research tools, including questionnaires, with a sample/target group. is a teacher who teaches in schools in the Phrae Wa Kham Muang network Under the Office of Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area 3 and teachers who practice teaching in schools under the Office of Private Education. Education Department, Rayong Province The size of the sample was determined using the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The sample was 307 people and randomly selected by proportional rubric random sampling. (Proportional Stratified Random Sampling), then the data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed by using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and compared by t-test.
The results showed that
1) The level of emotional intelligence of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers who practiced teaching in Praewa Khammuang network schools. Under the Office of Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area 3 and teachers who practice teaching in schools under the Office of Private Education. Education Department, Rayong Province Overall and each side were at a high level.
2) The comparative results of emotional intelligence of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers who practice teaching in Praewa Kham Muang network schools. Under the Office of Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area 3 and teachers who practice teaching in schools under the Office of Private Education.
