Research Paradigm for Development of Innovation for Educational Management for Local Developmen

Abstract
This paper presents 1) research paradigm, 2) educational management for local development (EMLD), and 3) innovation for EMLD. Then the authors propose the overlapping circles of EMLD and Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) as advised by the late King Rama 9. The overlapped area is the research paradigm for development of innovation for EMLD having factors of structure, culture and management skills. Other academics can apply this model by exploring further for other sub factors or integrating with other concepts to create suitable innovation.
