The Educational Institution Administration towards Excellence According to the Four Iddhipāda Dhamma of Institutional Administrators under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research are study educational institution administration towards excellence according to the Four Iddhipāda Dhamma of school administrators under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 1, and study the educational institution administration approach toward excellence according to the Four Iddhipāda Dhamma of school administrators under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 1. This study was carried out by means of mixed-method research. The sample consisted of 296 administrators and teachers. The research tools were: a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. The statistics used in data analysis were: Mean, Standard Deviation, and Content Analysis. The research result finds that: The overall educational institution administration towards excellence of school administrators under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area was statistically rated at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was the outcome, followed by organizational leadership, students, and stakeholders, respectively, and the educational institute administration approach towards excellence according to the Four Iddhipāda Dhamma of school administrators under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 1 is that in terms of organizational leadership, there should be leadership and clear vision presented to relevant parties; in regards to strategy,  plans are prepared that lead to practical actions and continuous follow-up; in terms of personnel, employees at all levels are given priority and constantly developed; in terms of operation, it should focus on systematic and efficient operations; in terms of students and stakeholders, it should focus on providing education that responds to the needs of the students; in terms of measurement, analysis and knowledge management, there should be a standard to measure and provide learning resources for students that benefit them in their self-studies; in terms of outcome, the outcome should be evaluated from the management and improvement.
