The Developing Innovative Management Processes KCNPB Model to Promote the Creation of Innovators into the Classrooms of Teachers and Students, Kanchanaphisek Wittayalai Phetchabun School

Abstract

This research paper aims to 1) the current status, problems, and needs of teachers, and students 2) the effects of implementing the KCNPB Model innovation for promoting innovation in the classroom of teachers and students and 3) the satisfaction of administrators, teachers, and students. The population of the study consisted of 57 teachers and 323 students, for a total of 380 people. The research instruments used were: 1) A questionnaire 2) A competency test for innovation, and 3) A satisfaction questionnaire. The research findings were as follows; 1) The current status of the KCNPB Model innovation was at a low level. The problems of the KCNPB Model innovation were at a high level. The needs of the KCNPB Model innovation were at a high level. The model consists of five components; Component 1: Knowledge about the current situation and the context of the institution (Knowledge: K), which includes four points, Component 2: Collaboration and networking (Collaboration: C), which includes three points, Component 3: Setting competencies and indicators for innovators (Norm of innovator: N), which includes two points, Component 4: Implementation and practice (Practice: P), which includes three points, and Component 5: Outstanding innovators (Best innovator: B), which includes three points. 2) The KCNPB Model innovation developed for application in educational management to enhance the innovation of teachers and students had an inter-rater reliability coefficient (IOC) of 0.8-1.0. 3) The analysis of the opinion data on the innovative behavior of teachers and students who had received educational development to enhance the innovation of students was at the highest level.
