บทคัดย่อ
ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำและการบริหาร สำหรับคนจำนวนมากแล้วเมื่อพิจารณา คำว่าการบริหารมักจะมองว่าเกี่ยวข้องกับคำต่าง ๆ เช่น ประสิทธิภาพ การวางแผน งานเอกสาร ขั้นตอนการทำงาน กฎระเบียบ การควบคุม และความสม่ำเสมอ ส่วนภาวะผู้นำก็จะเกี่ยวข้องกับคำต่าง ๆ เช่น การกล้าเสี่ยง ความเป็นพลวัต ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การเปลี่ยนแปลง และวิสัยทัศน์ เป็นต้น บางคนกล่าวว่าความเป็นผู้นำโดยพื้นฐานแล้วเป็นการเลือกคุณค่า และเป็นกิจกรรมที่เต็มไปด้วยคุณค่า ในขณะที่การบริหารไม่ได้เป็นอย่างนั้น ดังนั้น ผู้นำจึงเป็นการทำสิ่งที่ถูกต้องเพื่อผลลัพธ์ ในขณะที่ผู้บริหารเป็นการทำให้ถูกต้องตรงตามระเบียบกฎเกณฑ์
