Journal History

The Journal of Behavioral Science (JBS) was first published in 2006 by the Behavioral Science Research Institute (BSRI), at Srinakharinwirot University, Bangkok, Thailand.

In 2011, the title/ name of the journal was changed to - “International Journal of Behavioral Science”. This change was done to embrace the diverse range and scope of the papers that were being published, and also to make it more attractive to the international audiences.

In another significant development, the journal increased its publications from one issue per year to two issues in the year 2014.

From July 2018, the journal editorial team reverts back to the original title/ name- “The Journal of Behavioral Science”.

From January 2019 the journal increases its publications from two issue per year to three issues- with the issues published in the months- January, May and September each year.
