S-know Ball with Learning Method

Abstract

This article investigates effective knowledge acquisition methods in classroom management to optimize learning outcomes and instructional suitability for learners. The study employs documentary research, utilizing systematic analysis and synthesis of existing literature to achieve its objectives. The findings reveal that the "S-know Ball" learning management model consists of five distinct stages 1) S Stimulating 2) K - Key Searching 3) N Networking & Expanding 4) O - Organizing & Analyzing and 5) W - Wisdom Sharing. Under this model, the instructor functions as a Learning Coach, stimulating student engagement through the presentation of provocative topics or real - world phenomena. This approach fosters a collaborative learning environment that facilitates meaningful knowledge exchange, enabling students to remain focused and actively participative. Ultimately, the S-know Ball method empowers learners to construct a robust body of knowledge derived from social interactions and intellectual synergy within the classroom.
