The Autobiography of Kru Plian : The Study Process of the Autobiographical Narrative to Convey the Way and Spirit of Being a Teacher who Gives and Changes the Life of Students

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the history of Teacher Plian Upariwong who was a teacher with mind and spirit. It was carried out by means of autobiographical studies and narratives from Khru Plian Upariwong's biographies, memorial book articles, in-depth interviews with five people: his daughter, disciple and three people who had worked with him. Data were collected and verified using a data triangulation method, analyzed by comparing observational data and interviews, comparing what was said publicly with what was said privately, checking the certainty of statements on the same subject at different times, and compared with the opinions of those involved both from documents and in-depth interviews. The results revealed that he is full of spirit in transferring knowledge to students, developing teaching techniques, committing to educational development, being a role model as a teacher and a good father, understands and approaches his disciples, encourages them according to his aptitude and potential until he continues his studies and succeeds in life and returns to develop his hometown. Although there were problems and obstacles in the development of education, he still strived to develop his duties with a passion for the teaching profession, it resulted in him being promoted to the first professional teacher of Amnat Charoen Province, and a good teacher in the hearts of students, as the words "Teacher Plian, The first teacher who endures fighting for his students, lives a simple life, does not look elegant, produces outstanding works as a great teacher, disciple honors Teacher Plian Upariwong".
