A development of student’s Composing Klon-si through Techniques for teaching “Rhyme Tables” for Prathomsuksa 4 Students

Abstract

This research aims to 1) to develop lesson plans a Techniques for teaching “Rhyme Tables” to have an efficiency of 80/80 for Pratomsuksa 4 students 2) compare the ability to compose poems in the Klon-si of Prathomsuksa 4 before and after receiving Techniques for teaching “Rhyme Tables” and 3) assess Prathomsuksa 4 satisfactions. The samples were 9 students from Prathom Suksa 4 at Ban Kham Samo School (Sri Sueksa) under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 1, studying in the first semester of the academic year 2022, selected by the purposive sampling method. The research tools include lesson plans, a skills assessment form, and a satisfaction questionnaire. Statistics used in the research include percentage, average, and standard deviation and a nonparametric test, the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test.


            The result shows that 1) the efficiency levels of Techniques for teaching “Rhyme Tables” which it was developed were 80 and 80.56. 2) The ability to compose a Klon-si of the Prathomsuksa 4 with teaching “Rhyme Tables”, it was statistically significantly higher than before class at 0.05 level. 3) The overall satisfaction of the Prathomsuksa 4 with the Techniques for teaching “Rhyme Tables” was a high level.
