Abstract
The purposes of this research were to: 1) to study level of Characteristics of the 21st Century School Administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department Under The Office Of the Phrapariyattidhamma General Education Area 7. 2) to compare the teacher's opinions on the Characteristics of the 21st Century School Administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department Under The Office Of thePhrapariyattidhamma General Education Area 7 . Sample group teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department Under The Office Of the Phrapariyattidhamma General Education Area 7 totaling 148 persons. There were 142 respondents, representing 95 percent. by the questionnaire and analyzed the data by frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and One - way ANOVA. The research findings revealed as follows: 1) level of Characteristics of the 21st Century School Administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department Under The Office Of the Phrapariyattidhamma General Education Area 7. Overall, it was found that it was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in 4 aspects, Moral and Ethics, Communication and Cooperation, Vision, Creativity and innovation 2) The results of the comparison of teachers' opinions on the Characteristics of the 21st Century School Administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department Under The Office Of the Phrapariyattidhamma General Education Area 7. Classified by Gender, Age, Work experience found Gender, Age have an opinion The Characteristics of the administrators of the educational institutions were not different. Statistically significant at the 0.05 level, Work experience found. There are opinions on the characteristics of the administrators of the Educational institutions. Differed with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
