Abstract

Active learning is a learning management that can respond to the learning management in the 21st century, which emphasizes the learner to the center in their learning. Focusing on students to do and think about what they have done in order to create a direct experience for the students. The students will interact with peers and teachers by doing activities together. Then build up the body of knowledge from what has been done. which has a variety of proactive learning management styles together with the use of a variety of learning activities. Nowadays, proactive learning management still needs to be developed continuously. In order to respond to learning, keep up with the ever-changing world. One of the processes that can help develop proactive learning management is the process of supervision. This supervision process can help proactive learning management be more effective by relying on the supervision process, 3 steps, namely the understanding step behavior adjustment and the review process reflects the results based on PLC, LS and friendly supervision. There are used in the supervision process to improve develop effective proactive learning management.
