Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the approaches for supervision of science teachers' learning management and to study guidelines for developing a model of supervision of science teachers' learning management to elevate educational institutions to innovative organizations. Case Study: subject group. learn science and technology Sattha Samut School Samut Songkhram Province The sample group was teachers who taught science and technology learning subjects. Sattha Samut School 30 students under the Samut Sakhon Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Samut Songkhram were obtained by purposive sampling. The research tools are questionnaire for research and interview for research. Data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation and content analysis, respectively.


          The result of this research that the approaches for supervising learning management of science teachers to elevate educational institutions towards innovative organizations were studied. Case Study: Science and Technology Learning Subject Group. Sattha Samut School Samut Songkhram Province The overall score was at a high level  ( = 4.30 S.D.= 0.41) and the approaches for developing educational institutes into innovative organizations found that there were five approaches to enhance educational innovation for teachers: 1) setting goals for educational institute development; 2) Initiatives for upgrading educational institutions into innovative organizations 3) Pushing for a form of learning management supervision in a revolutionary era to develop educational institutions into innovative organizations 4) Building strength inspiration and reinforcement to develop educational institutions into innovative organizations, and 5) inspiration and reinforcement to develop educational institutions into innovative organizations, respectively
